Must Have:
Qualifications:
·Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, English, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field.
·4+ years of experience in technical writing or content development within the technology sector.

Technical Proficiency:
Strong understanding of [relevant technologies, e.g., S/W development, cloud services, cybersecurity].
Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable.
Writing Skills:
Exceptional written communication skills with attention to detail.
Experience in writing for different audiences, from technical professionals to non-technical users.
Tools & Software:
Proficiency with documentation tools like Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, MadCap Flare, or similar.
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and version control systems like Git.
SEO & Analytics (Preferred):
Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
Ability to use analytics tools to measure content performance.
Soft Skills:
Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
·Content Creation:
Develop high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, API guides, white papers, and solution briefs on various cloud providers like Azure, AWS & Google Cloud and their services.
Write informative and engaging blog posts, articles, and case studies that highlight our products and industry trends.
·Research & Collaboration:
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and SMEs to gather information and understand product functionalities.
Stay updated on industry developments, emerging technologies to ensure content relevance and accuracy.
·Editing & Proofreading:
Review and edit content for clarity, grammar, and adherence to style guidelines.
Ensure all technical information is accurate, up-to-date, and aligns with company messaging.
·Content Strategy:
Assist in developing content plans that support marketing campaigns and product launches.
Optimize content for SEO to increase visibility and drive traffic to our platforms.
·Content Management:
Maintain and organize a repository of documentation and ensure timely updates.
Use content management systems (CMS) and documentation tools effectively.
