Job Title: Technical Content Writer
Location: Remote (India)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Technical Content Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with exceptional writing abilities. The Technical Content Writer will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation, whitepapers, blog posts, and other content assets to support our products and services.
Responsibilities:
Research, write, and edit technical content such as user guides, manuals, API documentation, tutorials, and FAQs.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Manage content review and approval processes, incorporating feedback from stakeholders as needed.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance the quality and relevance of technical content.
Optimize content for SEO to increase visibility and reach.
Maintain content consistency and style guidelines across all documentation and communication channels.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Technical Communication, or related field.
Proven experience as a Technical Writer or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with impeccable attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and content management systems.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and other markup languages is a plus.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
