Hiring: Social Media Marketing Manager 🚨
Are you an expert in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) with a passion for content creation and performance marketing? We’re looking for a talented Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team in Gurugram and lead our social media campaigns targeting the US market.
Location: Palam Vihar, Gurugram, Haryana
Work Timings: Monday to Friday, 12 PM – 9 PM (Saturday & Sunday fixed off, unless required)
Salary: Up to ₹5.5 LPA (in-hand, no deductions)
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Plan, create, and optimize Meta Ads for the US market
🔹 Write compelling ad copies and manage lead generation campaigns
🔹 A/B test creatives, copy, and landing pages for maximum ROI
🔹 Manage social media accounts and create engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos)
🔹 Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ 3+ years of experience in running Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for the US market
✔️ 2+ years of content creation experience (ad copy, social media posts, videos)
✔️ Strong expertise in campaign optimization, A/B testing, and data analysis
✔️ Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
This is a work-from-office role with no remote work option. BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) is required. 🌟
