01the fresher's problem

Everyone asks for a portfolio and experience.

  • askShow us your previous work.
  • askHow many projects have you worked on?
  • askOnce you have these, come back.

But where does a fresher get them?

  1. 01

You need a portfolio to get a client.

  2. 02

You need clients to build a portfolio.

  3. 03

You need experience to get a job.

  4. 04

You need a job to get experience.

Someone has to break the cycle.
This initiative is our attempt to do exactly that.

02the heart of this initiative

Everyone gets placement, a paid work.

Every enrolled student who completes the required learning and assignments gets a direct placement — their first paid freelance project from Wabbithire.

No interview. No technical round. No experience required.

After completing your first paid project, your work becomes an opportunity to prove what you can actually do.

Based on your performance, we will be picking the students with whom to share more freelance projects or not. Students who submit their projects with exceptional quality may be picked for continuous work. This will be completely up to us — who to pick will be decided by Wabbithire based on your performance, reliability and ability to deliver the work.

What if you are not picked for more projects

The one who will not be getting more projects will get free access to portfolio building to work on the skill.

We understand that one project may not be enough to build a strong portfolio. So students who are not selected for continued projects will receive free access to Wabbithire’s portfolio building batch so they can continue creating work and strengthening their portfolio.

03paid internship

And there is more.

Among the students who perform exceptionally well on their client project, Wabbithire may select the top 3 students for a paid work from home internship.

Selection is made entirely by Wabbithire and is based on performance on the client project. It is not an automatic benefit of enrollment.

04the structure

You first get trained. Then you get placement.

The first 40 days are about learning and practice. The final 3 days are about putting that learning into something real.

01

Training and Practice

Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator through recorded, practical lectures. Complete assignments throughout the learning phase and build your understanding through actual design work.

02

Placement

Receive your first paid freelance graphic design project from Wabbithire.

The point is not to finish 45 days with another certificate. The point is to finish with your first real piece of paid work.

05the tools

Two tools. One profession.

Graphic designing is not one software. Professional designers move between tools depending on what they are creating.

Adobe Photoshop

Photo editing. Retouching. Composites. Social media designs. Posters. Banners. Product visuals.

Adobe Illustrator

Logos. Vector artwork. Icons. Typography. Brand identity. Print collateral.

You learn both because real graphic designing does not stop at one application.

Doubts, confusion and practical problems.

3 days · client project

The learning phase ends.
The real work begins.

06the requirement

But placement does not mean you can skip the learning.

The opportunity is guaranteed. The effort is not optional.

Getting a project does not mean you can join the initiative, ignore the lectures and submit anything at the end.

The purpose of the first project is to give you a genuine opportunity to apply what you learned.

Wabbithire opens the door. You still have to walk through it.

the learning phase has requirements

  • Watch the lectures.
  • Complete the assignments.
  • Follow the guidelines.
  • Take the learning seriously.
07our reasoning

Why give everyone only first project?

Because we cannot measure everything from a classroom.

Someone can complete every lecture and still struggle when given a real brief. Someone else can quietly learn, practise and produce exceptional work.

The first client project gives us something a classroom cannot — real output.

01

How you understand a brief.

02

How you execute.

03

How you handle the requirements.

04

How you submit.

05

Whether you are ready for more.

The first project gives everyone a chance. The work tells us what happens next.

08the takeaway

What you are actually leaving with.

  1. 01Adobe Photoshop skills
  2. 02Adobe Illustrator skills
  3. 03Practical assignments
  4. 04Real client project experience
  5. 05Your first paid freelance project
  6. 06A stronger foundation for your portfolio
  7. 07A chance to be considered for continued freelance work
  8. 08A chance to be one of the top 3 selected for a Rs.5,000 per month work from home internship
  9. 09ISO certification on completion

This is more than learning two software tools. It is your first step into professional graphic designing.

09what it solves

What does the placement initiative actually solve?

The two things every fresher is asked for.

Do you have experience?

Now you do.

Your first paid project gives you actual exposure to professional graphic designing work.

Do you have a portfolio?

Now you have something real to start with.

Your project becomes part of your professional journey and can help you build towards a portfolio.

You cannot build experience without an opportunity. So we decided to create the opportunity.

10how it runs

You can learn from wherever you are.

This initiative is completely online.

Telegram

the entire learning program is conducted online through Telegram.

Recorded

learn through recorded lectures at a flexible time.

English and Hindi

the learning content is designed for both English and Hindi speaking learners.

Laptop required

graphic designing requires professional design software so a laptop is necessary for the learning and assignment phase.

11the batch

Why only 15 students?

Because we are committing to every student.

Every enrolled student gets a paid project. That means the number of students we can responsibly take into one batch is limited.

15 students. Once those 15 places are filled, enrollment closes. The next batch opens when the next set of project opportunities is ready.

We would rather give 15 students a real opportunity than promise the same thing to 500.

a little note from us

Made with love for Indian freshers

The Launchpad Program is an affordable initiative created with one purpose — to give Indian freshers a genuine opportunity to gain real-world experience, build practical skills, and confidently start the career they aspire to. 💛

We’ve intentionally kept the program as affordable as possible so that financial constraints don’t stop deserving candidates from getting access to real client work and industry exposure. Because our focus is on making this opportunity accessible to everyone, we’re unable to provide individual mentorship or accommodate personal requests. Our goal is to help as many freshers as possible take their first step toward a successful career.

About the Program

The Graphic Designing Client Launchpad is designed with one clear goal: to make practical graphic designing learning and placement support affordable for students while giving them real work exposure. Many students learn design tools online but are often confused about how actual client or company work happens. Through this program, students get to understand:

  • How real design work is assigned
  • What responsibilities graphic designers and freelancers handle
  • How to communicate professionally with clients
  • How deadlines, revisions, and design workflows operate in actual projects

The aim is not just to teach Photoshop and Illustrator, but also to help students experience real working environments so they can confidently decide whether they want to pursue this career path further. This program bridges the gap between learning and actual industry work exposure.

Placement Eligibility

Placement support and paid project opportunities are only available to students who successfully complete the program. To remain eligible, students must:

  • Watch all 20 recorded lectures
  • Complete all assignments on time
  • Submit original design work (copied or fully AI generated submissions may lead to disqualification)

Students who skip lectures, fail to submit assignments, remain inactive, or do not follow program guidelines may not be considered for placement opportunities.

Placement Support Clarification

The Graphic Designing Client Launchpad is primarily a learning and skill development program. The fee is charged for training, assignment evaluation, and program access only. Placement or paid project support is provided separately as an additional opportunity for eligible students. While we actively support students with paid project opportunities, continued projects are not automatic and depend on:

  • Student performance
  • Assignment quality
  • Program participation
  • Professionalism and consistency
  • Project availability

Mandatory Video Testimony

Every student who receives a paid placement / project through Wabbithire is required to provide a video testimony about their experience. This is non negotiable and cannot be skipped, the placement is our own initiative to help students, and these testimonies are essential for us to keep supporting future batches.

Certification

Certificates are provided only to students who successfully complete the program and submit all required assignments.

Refund Policy

Since the program includes immediate access to lectures, learning materials, resources, and limited seats, fees are non refundable once the joining link for the program has been shared.
