2. How will the Top 3 performers be selected?

Selection will be based on overall performance, including design quality, creativity, consistency, timely submissions, and understanding of the brief. There is no random selection. It is strictly merit-based.

3. What if I complete all assignments but don’t make it to Top 3?

You will still gain advanced Canva + AI skills, a structured portfolio, LinkedIn proof of work, and competitive experience. However, the paid internship is only for the Top 3 performers.

4. Is this internship real?

Yes. The Top 3 performers will work on real projects during the 1-month internship period and receive a fixed ₹5000 stipend.

5. Do I need prior experience to join?

No prior freelance or internship experience is required. Basic Canva knowledge, a laptop, internet access, and commitment for 20 days are enough.

6. What happens if I miss an assignment?

Missing assignments may reduce your evaluation score and affect your eligibility for Top 3 selection. Consistency is a major part of evaluation.

7. Can I get a refund after paying ₹99?

No. The ₹99 entry fee is non-refundable. It is charged to ensure serious participation in the competition.

8. Will I get a certificate even if I don’t win?

Yes. Participants who complete all assignments will receive a completion certificate.
