Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Content Writer with a strong technical background to join our team. This role will focus on creating high-quality, informative, and engaging content that resonates with our technical audience. As a key part of our content strategy, you will write on topics such as no-code solutions, automation, digital transformation, and related technical trends. Your work will help position redSling as a thought leader in the no-code and automation space.
Key Responsibilities:
Write and edit technical content, including blog posts, white papers, case studies, product descriptions, and website copy.
Develop content that translates complex technical concepts into accessible, informative, and compelling pieces for a range of audiences, from C-level executives to IT specialists.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
Conduct research on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform content and keep redSling’s materials current and impactful.
Optimize content for SEO to increase search engine visibility and drive traffic.
Create and manage a content calendar to ensure a steady flow of high-quality, timely content.
Repurpose content across various formats (e.g., infographics, social media posts) to reach a wider audience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) in writing for technical niches, preferably in software, automation, or no-code/low-code technology.
Strong ability to break down complex technical information into digestible and engaging content.
Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience using tools like Google Analytics or SEMrush is a plus.
Familiarity with content management systems and editing tools, such as WordPress, Grammarly, or Adobe Acrobat.
A keen eye for detail and an organized approach to managing multiple projects.
Self-driven with excellent time management skills.
